Flat-rate U.S. shipping
Flat-rate shipping is $5.95 per order within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., whether you order one collar or several. Orders ship from Murray, Kentucky. Beaded Buds covers any postage cost above the flat rate. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international shipping are not available yet.
Handmade processing
Collars are made to order. Briley confirms fit and production details before making your collar. If you need an accessory for a particular date, contact us before ordering to confirm whether we can meet it.
Returns, exchanges and order help
Contact us about a cancellation, fit concern, damaged item, return or exchange before sending anything back. Return and exchange options for your handmade order must be confirmed with Briley; a return window has not been published. Please ask before ordering if this affects your purchase.
